Good News! You can now pay your quarterly dues of $1,050 by Zelle!
Send your Zelle payments to Treasurer@BeachCoveVillas.com and they will go into our BCV operating account at SouthState Bank. You will need to set up a Zelle payment account through your bank. Our treasurer, Cathy Monaghan gets notified that you have sent your payment and then logs in to the BCV Account to accept it. Mark Lea was instrumental in helping set this up, so a big “Thank you!” to Mark.
As a reminder, July 1 is the next dues payment deadline. Payments are due quarterly (Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1). You may also pay one annual payment of $4,200 by Jan 1 or two bi-annual payments of $2,100 by Jan 1 and July 1.
